1. General

We thank you for choosing to book with Cornwall Apartment Holidays and hope that you enjoy your stay. We shall do everything reasonably expected of us as hosts, however, when you make this booking you are entering into a contract with us so please take the time to read the conditions of booking below.

2. Bookings and Deposit

No more than the number of persons stated on the booking form may occupy the property. The holiday occupancy may not be transferred to another party or sold on without our permission or knowledge.

To confirm a booking, a non-returnable deposit of 25% of the rent is payable with the balance due a minimum of 4 weeks prior to arrival.  If payment is not received by the Due Date, then this may be treated as a cancellation in which case the Guest will lose their booking and the deposit will be forfeited.  If a booking is made less than four weeks before the Holiday is due to start, the full rent is due immediately.

Unfortunately we do not accept pets.

3. Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your booking we will require your written notice. The following charges will apply;

• More than 4 weeks prior to arrival - Full Deposit
• 3 - 4 weeks prior to arrival - Full Deposit plus 50% of the balance outstanding
• 1 - 3 weeks prior to arrival - Full Deposit plus 75% of the balance outstanding
• Less than 1 week prior to arrival – Full Deposit plus 100% of the balance outstanding

The Due Date will be set out on the Booking Confirmation. Reminders of this date will not be issued.

In the unlikely event of the accommodation becoming unavailable and we have to cancel your booking we would endeavour to find you a suitable alternative. Any monies paid in advance would be refunded. We cannot however pay any expenses or compensation as a subsequence of such an event.

4. Method of Payment

Payments may be made electronically via our secure on line booking system. Alternatively cheques may be made payable to Plush Places Ltd and will require a minimum of 7 days to clear. 

5. Arrivals & Departures

Your accommodation will be available from 2pm on the day of your arrival. A key safe is available for your convenience. Please leave the accommodation by 10am on the day of departure.

6. Damages & Breakages

We would ask that you take reasonable care of our property. Please report any breakages or damage as soon as they occur. We reserve the right to charge you for repair or replacement.

7. Liability

We would ask that you respect occupants in neighbouring properties and act in such a way as to not cause offence.

We do not accept liability for any accident, injury, loss or damage to guests’ possessions, cars or contents.

Please do not leave children unattended or allow them to play with the window blinds/cords.

The apartment is non-smoking.

8. Complaints

It is our wish that you have an enjoyable stay with us, but should you encounter any problems then please notify us immediately.

9. Privacy Policy

Personal data is only used for the purpose for which you provide it. Your information will never be passed to third parties unless we are obliged to do so by law.

10. Authority to Sign

The person who completes the Booking Form certifies that:

• He or she is authorised to agree the Booking Conditions on behalf of all persons included on the Booking Form, including those substituted or added at a later date
• They are over eighteen years of age and a member of the party intending to occupy the property
• He or she agrees to take responsibility for the party occupying the property.
